CANCELLATION
If you cancel your booking you may incur a cancellation charge. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the supplier of travel services or product. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If you are entitled to a refund please note OSM Vacation is unable to provide you with funds until they are received from the supplier. Osm Vacation will charge a cancellation fee per booking. In case of Group Bookings/Fixed Departures, no refund can be made once booking is confirmed.
